When you order a replacement window installation from Buildpro, we will make it absolutely clear what you’re getting. Pre-Order

• Your Buildpro technician will re-measure within 3-5 days before ordering your materials.
• Our technician will contact you to set a convenient time to re-measure specific window openings and go over a basic review of your order. All windows will be custom fabricated for your home.
• Before finalizing your order you will be contacted a final time before ordering to verify all aspects of your project are correct. This quick phone call will tell us valuable information about your needs while informing you of window installation cost estimates.

Ordering for Fabrication

• Production can take approximately 2-3 weeks for your windows. Please allow another few days for us to receive them from the factory.

Scheduling

• Once we have received your custom windows from the factory and inspected them, we will call you to set a convenient day that accommodates your schedule. Most projects can be completed within a single day. The time needed to complete your project depends on the complexity and number of windows being installed.

Window Installation

• Our technicians work on one window opening at a time to minimize the effects of weather on your home. This will also assure your windows fit and align properly.
• We also protect your home with catch basins and drop cloths.

Most installations will require the caulk on the inside of the home to dry sufficiently before you can reinstall your blinds and/or window treatments.This is why Buildpro does not reinstall your blinds or window treatments. Please allow at least 24 hours for them to dry before you can fully enjoy your new windows!
