When should I replace my roof?
The typical lifespan of a roof is 20 to 25 years. If your roof is older than that, it probably needs to be replaced. If you see shingles that are missing or curling, find excess roofing granules in your gutters, or notice leaks (whether water or sunshine), these are also signs that you need a new roof. As your roof nears the end of its life, you may also notice that your energy bills start to rise. If you've seen any of these signs, contact us today!
How much will a new roof cost?
As roofing specialists, quality and affordability are our top priorities. Every home is different, and the cost of your roof will depend on a variety of factors, including which roofing materials you choose and the size of your roof. That’s why we perform a detailed in-home inspection and written estimate before we do any roof installation. This estimate is completely free, with no pressure or obligation. Your free roofing estimate will be based on your needs, vision and budget.
Which roof material is best?
There are a variety of roofing materials available; which one is best for you will depend on a number of factors, including the architectural style of your home, your budget and how long you want your roof to last. Our roofing experts can evaluate your home's individual requirements to determine which roof material would be best for you.
How long will my new roof last?
The lifespan of your new roof depends on which material you choose. Asphalt shingles typically last 15 to 30 years, while our metal roofs have an up to 40-year warranty. We combine a commitment to excellence in both labor and roofing materials with the best warranty in the industry: a lifetime labor warranty on all labor. We proudly stand behind our work and offer you unequaled service for as long as you own your home.
